Motor Control Solutions

Littelfuse Motor Control Solutions provide protections that are critical to a vehicle's overall reliability. As mechanical/hydraulic actuators are replaced with electric motors, load dumps, overcurrents, surges, and ESD become potential threats. Littelfuse offers a wide range of TVS Diodes and Diode Arrays, MLVs, MOVs, and PPTCs to protect motor control applications.

TP6KE Automotive Axial-Leaded TVS Diodes

Littelfuse TP6KE Automotive Axial-Leaded TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These devices feature a glass passivated chip junction in a DO-15 package that is UL 94V-0 rated. The series provides 600W peak pulse power dissipation and a fast response time, typically less than 1ps from 0V to BV min. Littelfuse TP6KE Automotive Axial-Leaded TVS Diodes have an operating junction temperature (Tj) of up to 175°C. This series is ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.

Automotive Application Solutions

Littelfuse Automotive Solutions contain a portfolio of AEC-Q101 and AEC-Q200 qualified TVS diodes, diode arrays, varistors, multilayer varistors, and POLY-FUSE® PTCs. Each new generation of vehicles has an increased number of electronics that control everything from the radio to fuel injection. In-Vehicle Communication Solutions

Littelfuse provides a wide portfolio of fuses, diode arrays, and suppressors suitable for in-vehicle communication applications. The automotive environments are divided into domain architecture and zonal architecture. The domain architecture controls and divides by function, and computation can be performed locally. Zonal architecture environments require a software-based approach, and a central computer is linked to sensors and devices through zonal gateways.
