RF Magnetics

Coilcraft RF Magnetics are a broad range of high-performance, surface-mount RF Magnetic components. These RF Magnetics include high-Q/tight-tolerance ceramic-core and high-inductance ferrite-core chip inductors as small as 0201 (0603) size; ultra-high Q, high current, non-magnetic air core inductors; bias/broadband inductors and chokes; broadband RF transformers; and RFID transponder coils. Coilcraft also offers fixed and tunable through-hole inductors. The components range in inductance from 500pH to 14.8mH with maximum DC currents from 30mA to 13.4A.

Low-Resistance Ferrite Chip Inductors

Coilcraft Low-Resistance Ferrite Chip Inductors range in inductance from 15nH to 1mH and offer high current handling. The inductors are developed for ground-to-ground isolation, use in cellular applications like filter elements in bandstop and low-pass filters, and as a one-pole filter or RF choke. These chip inductors are ideal for mobile and infrastructure equipment.

0805 Ferrite Chip Inductors

Coilcraft 0805 Ferrite Chip Inductors feature a ferrite construction for higher current carrying capacity and lower DCR. The surface mount 0805LS and 0805AF components are available with inductance values from 0.078µH to 27µH. These wirewound RF chokes provide isolation and broadband filtering without core saturation. The 0805LS inductors are AEC-Q200 Grade 3 qualified (-40°C to +85°C).

Coilcraft AEC-Q200 Grade 3 RF Inductors offer exceptionally high Q factors, outstanding self-resonant frequency and tight inductance tolerance.

0805 (2012) Chip Inductors

Coilcraft 0805 (2012) Chip Inductors feature high Q, high current, and low-profile options. These devices feature a wide range of inductance values, from as low as 1.8nh to as high as 330µh. Coilcraft 0805 (2012) Chip Inductors include profiles as low as 0.035" and offer ferrite construction and heavy gauge wire for high current handling.
