Micro-Pack Connectors

Aptiv (formerly Delphi) Micro-Pack Connectors are designed to meet the needs of low energy (less than 5A), high-density applications. These connector families can be packaged as headers or in-lines, and are available in unsealed or sealed versions. The filtered or shielded connectors protect against electromagnetic interference (EMI). A 1mm male pin is used in both the 100 series (unsealed) and the 100W series (sealed) systems. The 100 series female terminal utilizes a box design with four contact points, while the 100W series female employs a sleeve configuration. They are also available in the HVT series with up to 96 positions and in the Micro-Pack 64 series with up to 73 positions.

Micro64 Connectors

Aptiv (formerly Delphi) Micro64 Connectors feature compact electrical connections for low-energy, high-density applications. These connectors provide superior sealing performance, high current capacity, and a robust mating pin design. The product family includes a labor-saving, nonorienting, tangless female terminal. The tangless female terminal is designed to mate with either round or square pins, allowing versatility in application and overall lower installed assembly and inventory costs. Aptiv Micro64 Connectors are USCAR compliant and ideal for automotive and commercial vehicles, engine management systems, powertrain control systems, ABS braking systems, and airbag systems.
